At Home Workout #5 – 1 Mile Time Trial

Once a week or so, we’re going to do a run. But, we’re never going to do an easy run. When we run, we RUN. Today is the day when you find out how quickly you can run 1 mile.

Some of you might have to walk this mile. Others might kill the mile in four minutes.

No matter your level of fitness, I want an all out effort.

My mile time is 6:22.

Can I get it to under 6:00? Not sure but I’m going to try.
