Rest Day

My body feels completely wrecked. My legs are jello. Today at the gym they’re going to do weighted squats for 2 reps. That means they’ll try to lift the most weight possible for 2 repetitions. I will be taking a nap. My body needs a break for a day. Zzzzzzzz.
