How to Get a Killer Ab Six Pack
by Court under Exercise, Motivation

Want your ab six pack to look like this guy? Chances are high that you can make that happen, if you’re willing to work for it.
Are you willing you change what you eat and put in the effort?
I’ve helped a lot of people to completely change their bodies and have completely changed my own. You couldn’t see my abs before but now you can. I will give you a complete, step-by-step guide that shows you exactly what to do to get a six pack. The catch is, YOU have to do it.
Principle #1 – You Have to be Willing to Change
You aren’t going to get a six pack eating the same foods and doing the same things you do now. Your current lifestyle is creating your current results. Your body is the product of what you have eaten (or not eaten) and done (or not done). If you’re willing to change, proceed.
Principle #2 – If You Don’t Have a Six Pack, You Need to Drop Your Body Fat
I used to do a boat load of ab work and never got abs until I focused on body fat. When you drop your body fat low enough, you will have abs.
I eventually got myself into a workout regimen that took fat off of my body. It took it off fast. I could see a difference every week and that was incredibly motivating and awesome!
Losing fat will also help the rest of your body to look way better. Your arms, legs, back, and everything else looks better fat-free (I should say light-on-the-fat).
Principle #3 – Stop Gaining Fat With What You Eat
Certain foods cause you to gain fat, no matter what. For that reason, people often offset their hard work through diet. You have to know what foods to eat, otherwise a lot of hard work could go to waste. I used to eat a lot of ‘healthy’ stuff that contributed to my fat gain. Just because a food is considered to be healthy doesn’t mean that it can’t prevent you from getting a six pack. It can. If you continue to read through this lesson, you will find the exact foods I ate to get my six pack and you will also learn about the foods that you absolutely have to avoid.
Principle #4 – Focus on Appetite Control
If your body is always pressing you (through your appetite) to eat nasty foods, you will probably never have a six pack. You have to eat with the intention of getting your appetite under control. Once you’ve done that, it will be significantly easier to get abs. I don’t struggle with my appetite, in fact maintaining the proper diet is easy for me. That happened because I ditched the foods that trigger my appetite.
Principle #5 – Make Your Abs Strong and Endurant
Obviously you should be working your abs if you want to have a six pack. You should train them with intensity for strength AND endurance. These of course aren’t the same thing and you need to learn how to do both if you want to get the best results. Continue through this lesson if you want to understand what matters when working out your abs.
Principle #6 – Perform Full Body Exercises That Metabolize Fat
If you don’t drop your fat, you will probably never have abs. I performed a lot of full body exercises at a high intensity. I put in a lot of effort. If you do the same, you will lose fat. Once you’ve lost enough fat, you will have a killer six pack.
Don’t make the mistake of believing that you can have a great six pack without work. It will take work but you can do it!
