Taco salad:
- plate of spinach
- 8 oz. taco meat (ground beef and taco seasoning)
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 red bell pepper
16 oz. water

4:00 p.m.
16 oz. water

5:30 p.m.
Post workout
1 banana
16 oz. water

8:00 p.m.
6 oz ground turkey
8 mini carrots
1/2 red pepper
1/2 medium avocado
1 T coconut butter

11:00 p.m.
2 T coconut butter
3 brazil nuts
4 capsules fish oil (1200 mg each)
