Beef enchiladas
- 4 leaves cabbage
- 8 oz. ground beef
- Enchilada sauce (tomatoes, beef broth, spices, 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil)
- 1/3 medium avocado
8:00 p.m.
12 oz. beef roast
2 handfuls of sugar snap peas
6 mini carrots
1 handful of grapes
16 oz. water
11:30 p.m.
3 brazil nuts
