8 oz. ground turkey
1 tsp. macadamia oil
32 oz. water
1:00 p.m.
1 small Mexican taco salad:
- 4 oz. ground beef
- 1 plate of spinach
- 1/3 avocado
- mini tomatoes
- green salsa
Small bowl of homemade chicken soup:
- 1/2 chicken breast
- 1/8 can of coconut milk
- mini carrots
- onions
- fresh cilantro
- fresh lime juice (in the soup)
16 oz. water
5:00 p.m.
4 capsules fish oil (1200 mg each)
8:00 p.m.
8 oz. ground turkey
1 T macadamia oil
1 large plate of squash and green beans
