1 sweet potato
1 bowl of mixed vegetables (brocoli, cauliflower, carrots, onions)
16 oz. water
5:00 p.m.
2 T coconut butter
1 handful of almonds
8:00 p.m.
1 Cafe Rio chicken salad:
- double chicken
- double guacamole
- pico de gallo
- cilantro
- huge plate of lettuce
11:00 p.m.
3 brazil nuts
