Notes: I honestly ate a TON today. 30 minutes after a pretty big dinner I was starving again. So, I just ate again. I’ve learned with my body that staying super hungry is a terrible idea. I’m not too worried about the amount I ate even though it was a lot.
One thing that does worry me a little is that I’m eating a lot of fatty meat – probably too much. I’m also still eating too much coconut butter. I’m going to have to get rid of it. Today I’m going to focus on eating a lot more chicken and fish. I’m going to eat my leftover taco meat with breakfast and then switch to chicken for the rest of the day.
8:00 a.m.
4 whole medium sized eggs
1 tsp. clarified butter
4 homemade meatballs:
- ground beef
- pork sausage
- red bell peppers
- orange bell peppers
- onions
- eggs
32 oz. water
12:00 p.m.
4 capsules fish oil (1200 mg each)
16 oz. water
2:30 p.m.
6 mini carrots
Taco salad:
- plate of spinach
- 8 oz. taco meat (ground beef and taco seasoning)
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 red bell pepper
16 oz. water
6:30 p.m.
Post-workout:
1 banana
1/2 grapefruit
3 T coconut butter
7:30 p.m.

1 orange bell pepper
1/2 medium avocado
8 mini carrots
8:30 p.m.
3 whole eggs
1/2 medium avocado
1 handful of blackberries/rasperries
