1 fist-sized serving of chicken breast
1/2 medium avocado
Green salsa
1 large plate of veggies:
- snap peas
- mini carrots
- small yellow sweet tomatoes
5:00 p.m.
30 almonds
7:30 p.m.
Mexican beef salad:
- 8 oz. extra lean ground beef
- 1/2 medium avocado
- green salsa
- small yellow sweet tomatoes
11:00 p.m.
- 1 chicken breast, shredded
- 1/2 medium avocado, mashed and mixed with chicken
- green salsa
1 handful of small yellow sweet tomatoes
