2:00 p.m.
1 fist-sized serving of chicken breast
1/2 medium avocado
Green salsa
1 large plate of veggies:
- snap peas
- mini carrots
- small yellow sweet tomatoes
32 oz. water

5:00 p.m.
30 almonds

8:30 p.m.
Sushi (made with cucumber instead of rice):
- Salmon
- Tuna
- Cucumber
- Avocado

10:00 p.m.
- 1 chicken breast
- 1/2 medium avocado
3 brazil nuts
