- 2 T sunflower seeds
- cucumbers
- yellow peppers

1 mexican chicken salad:
- 1 extremely large plate of romaine
- 12 oz. chicken breast
- 1/4 large avocado
- cilantro
- pico de gallo
16 oz. water
11:00 p.m.
1 handful of dried apricots
3 brazil nuts
1 large strawberry
1 cup black olives
