Today I did a lot better with my fruit intake. I fell asleep at 10:30 and woke up sometime in the night starving. I ate a banana and a few brazils. I’m not sure what time that was exactly so I logged it at midnight. Could have been 4:00 a.m. for all I know.
9:00 a.m.
6 whole medium sized eggs
1 tsp. clarified butter
3 brazil nuts
32 oz. water
12:00 p.m.
1 salmon salad
1 large plate of iceberg lettuce and cabbage
1/2 tomato
4 oz salmon
Salsa
16 oz. water
2:30 p.m.
6 oz. turkey breast
1 cup black olives
1 tsp homemade olive oil mayo
16 oz. water
5:40 p.m.
Post workout:
1 banana
16 oz. water
8:00 p.m.
10 oz. baked salmon
1 small head cauliflower
1 T clarified butter
16 oz. water
12:00 midnight
3 brazil nuts
1 banana
